My mother, Bridgette Favors, was a positive, caring, and generous person who dedicated over 30 years of her life to helping others as a nurse. Her passion for healthcare and her outstanding work ethic touched countless lives, and she was deeply loved by her friends, family, and especially her grandchildren. Bridgette always put others first, and her thoughtful nature made her a source of comfort and strength for everyone around her.

Her passing from pancreatic cancer has left me with the unexpected responsibility of covering the bills for our family home. I now live alone in the house, and while I have been able to manage expenses for a short time using the funds my mother left behind, those resources are running out.
