Innalillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon. Writing this out breaks my heart entirely and I’m not sure if I have processed this just yet. I don't know if I'm alright or if I will ever be and I cannot help the tears.
Last night, my dear and beloved brother-in-law Kamran passed away from a sudden and tragic heart attack just one day after celebrating his 45th birthday, which he shared with his son Yusuf. This has been the most devastating and horrifying event of our entire lives and we cannot quite comprehend it at this moment.
My sister Afshan and his two young sons Yusuf and Saif had witnessed his sudden passing and this has all been extremely traumatic for them and our entire family. Kamran and Afshan were true sweethearts and they worked so hard to build such a beautiful and loving family.
Those who know my story know that I loved my Kamran bhai more than my own self. He was more a brother to me than my own. He was in my life for 22 years and helped raise me into the woman I am today. He saved me from my depression and he truly loved me. I truly loved him. He was and is a complete part of me.
At this moment, I don't know how we will go on without him. He was such an important part of my life and I cannot understand why this has happened. He was the most beautiful man I have ever known and I don't know how to cope with this. All I can ask for at this time are your prayers and love for the most wonderful man that has ever blessed our lives. I can’t stop crying.
I took this picture just a day before yesterday, celebrating his and Yusuf's birthday. Our love for him is endless and endless and endless.

**Br. Kamran unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack on Sept. 29, 2020 leaving behind his two sons Yusuf & Saif and his beautiful wife Afshan. The family is understandably shocked by this loss. If you knew Kamran, as his sister-in-law explains above, he was an incredible selfless human being. Any contributions raised will relief some burden off of the family as well as secure their future.
