Support Adriana's Breast Cancer Healing Journey

Greetings friends,

In July 2024, my sister Adriana was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of breast cancer. Her specific diagnosis is Stage III Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with “triple negative” presenting characteristics. Triple Negative Breast Cancer accounts for 10-15% of all breast cancers. In addition to being the rarest form of the disease, it is also the most difficult to treat. While the next several months will be challenging beyond comprehension, Adriana is determined to be well again.

With that said, this is a fight that will require her full focus and energy. As many of you know, about a year ago, Adriana decided to pursue her dream of becoming a small business owner. This was not an easy decision to make. Having worked since the age of 15, the choice to leave behind the stability of a traditional “9 to 5” took careful planning and courage. As anyone who has ever tried to own a small business knows, the first few years are particularly challenging. Money needs to be spent in order to be earned, and oftentimes the return on one’s investment takes a while to arrive.

Asking for help is never easy. For Adriana, it is especially hard. Ironically — if you know her, chances are she’s helped you in some way, shape, or form. Whether it was a long phone call, a handmade bracelet, a healing tincture, or even just a hug — you know her care and compassion as constant and unconditional.

A friend to all, she is always there for those who are struggling. As a family, we kindly ask that you be there for her in any way that you are able to.
