About Adoptee Advocates of Michigan (AAOM)
We are a grass-roots volunteer-based organization comprised primarily of adopted people and others affected by adoption. We seek to educate the public about the side of adoption that is not currently recognized by society in hopes of restoring the rights of adult adopted people, and help change the narrative around adoption to one that is better for those of all ages who live under its influence.
AAOM currently supports lobbying efforts, printing, website and social media marketing, monthly and bi-monthly events and gatherings, and these all involve various expenses to facilitate. We would like to continue to grow our organization and its influence in the State of Michigan, and we appreciate any financial help you are willing to offer to help us.
Thank you for your consideration.
