Support Adam’s Recovery After Accident

On a recent day, our family’s life changed in an instant. My oldest son, Adam, was helping us replace a tire on the side of I-20 when a terrible accident happened. A pickup truck collided with another car, sending it straight toward us. Adam was struck and pinned against the car he was working on. We are so grateful he survived, but he suffered serious injuries, including fractures to his spine, leg, and arm. He’s already undergone six surgeries, with the most recent one on his spine. Thankfully, he is now stable and beginning the long road to recovery.

Adam is 22 years old and has always been a respectful, hardworking young man. He’s never been in trouble and has always been there for our family. Now, as he faces a long recovery, we are doing everything we can to support him. My wife, our other three children, and I are taking turns at the hospital and at home, trying to keep things together. With Adam needing so much care, I haven’t been able to work, and the bills for food, gas, and household needs are piling up. We are reaching out for help so we can focus on Adam’s recovery and keep our family afloat during this difficult time.
