This Abby Ducote, she is currently 18 years old. And this picture listed above is a tumor that is currently growing day by day and causing her so much pain. It all began in June of 2024, when she had just graduated from high school, and was beginning to plan for her future career when she noticed she began to have a lot of pain within her bottom jaw. Well a dentist had noticed that there were there had been a massive amount of bone loss within her bottom jaw and the only thing holding up her teeth was her braces. So immediately she got recommended to a doctor in Shreveport, who then performed a biopsy and the tumor was benign, although they had sent it to a Mayo Clinic for further testing. The Mayo Clinic then named her tumor, “neoplasm giant cell granulonoma” and called it a rare tumor. This tumor has not only taken over Abby’s mouth, but is causing her to get a surgery to not only remove her tumor, but loose 7 teeth. And she will have to get a plate put in and will have to deal with this for years down the road and put her future on hold. All we’re asking is for a little bit of help. Whatever can be given will be used for Abby and her treatment.
