Hi everyone, I’m George, the Operations Manager at Abbeywood Care Home, a family-run home where we strive to provide a warm, engaging, and fulfilling environment for our residents.

On 27th April 2025, I’ll be running the Manchester Marathon to raise money for our Residents' Fund—which helps us organise fun activities, day trips, entertainment, and special events to enrich the lives of those in our care.

Whether it’s a visit to a local garden, a music session, or a celebration, these moments bring so much joy—but we need your help to make them happen!

Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards creating meaningful experiences for our residents. Your support will not only help our residents but also motivate me to push through 26.2 miles!
