Hello everyone, I hope all is well with each and every one of you. My family and I have been in the process of buying a house. We finally found a house that could be our forever home. Due to some unfortunate events involving our children this past year, it has been difficult to financially save up. My husband is a proud 10-year veteran who has his VA Home Loan pre-approved for this beautiful home. We are in the last final stages of closing in on this house. Our loan agent told us we need to come up with $8,000.00 by the end of the month and the home would be ours. With the help of a family friend we have spent about $6,000 already for a Good Faith deposit and a home inspector. We thought we would have our taxes early this year to cover the costs, but my husband's job has not yet sent his W-2 forms. If everyone would be able to chip in, we would be able to send the money in before the thirty days are up. This home is something that we have been trying to get for the past few years right after COVID hit. For anyone that can send anything, my family and I will be forever grateful and be able to finally have a home of our own. Thank you to anyone that is able to help.
