Support a Trans Person with Disabilities

Hi everyone, I hate asking for help though here goes nothing:

I'm a trans person with disabilities with a wonderful senior kitty facing a lot of financial hurdles. i have exhausted every resource possible being in social work myself, though I'm still drowning. This goal of 5000 is to help with expenses from my chronic illnesses, car stuff, vet, a phone I have a payment plan post purchasing, taxes, and expenses from being a person with disabilities in general.

I don't have parents or a regular safety net so it makes things all the more scary.
