As a social worker and volunteer, I have the privilege of supporting women and children who are survivors of domestic violence. Today, I am reaching out on behalf of a courageous mother and her four young children, whose identities I am protecting for their safety. They are currently homeless and living in a shelter, facing daily uncertainty and hardship as they work to rebuild their lives.

This mother has shown incredible strength in leaving an unsafe situation to protect her children. However, the challenges she faces now are immense. Without a job and with limited resources, she is struggling to provide for her family’s most basic needs. The funds raised through this campaign will help her buy food and clothes, pay for medical bills, cover gas and car insurance, and take steps toward finding a safe and stable place to live.
