Support a Resilient Military Family's Recovery

As most of you know, my son is currently serving in the military overseas. He was recently sent back to the states for work for 2 months. Upon arriving home, the family found out that their a/c units had broken, and the house was overtaken by mold. His story is below. Any amount, no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. Even a simple click to share.
Hello everyone,
This is not an easy message for me to write, and to be honest, asking for help feels uncomfortable and a bit embarrassing. But right now, we’re in a situation we never expected, and we truly need some support.
As a military family, we were sent away for work for two months. When we returned to our house, we found that our home had been overtaken by mold when our a/c broke while we were away. We’ve lost so many things such as all baby items, much of our clothing, all military uniforms, and some of our furniture. Most of it has been damaged beyond repair. Everything will need to be thrown away or professionally cleaned, and the costs keep piling up.
Right now, we’re living out of hotels as we try to manage this situation, but it’s becoming more expensive and overwhelming than we can handle on our own. If you’re able to help, even in a small way, it would make such a difference for us as we work to rebuild what we’ve lost and find a safe place for our family again.
And if you can’t spare the money, we completely understand, your prayers and good thoughts mean just as much to us in this difficult time.
Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and for taking the time to read our story.
With gratitude,
The Huffman Family
