Support a Peaceful Garden in Wendy's Memory
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Kelley Tate. I am raising money to help build a memorial garden at Creekview Health and Rehab on Broadway, Knoxville, TN, a memorial for my deceased sister, Wendy Tate (DOB 3/19/1967, DOD 1/28/2025). Wendy was a resident at Creekview, and she loved to go outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine before her passing. We shared many memories there, outside in this area, eating and talking, and sometimes sitting quietly. This area is enclosed for the safety of the residents but open to the sky and sunshine. The residents have glass doors which lead them to the garden area, very convenient, and those not able to go out can still enjoy the views.
I would love it if you would join me in making this a sanctuary, and with God's help and blessings, all things are possible if we believe and trust, and I know this is possible. I want to plant some flowers, add a couple of benches for seating, place birdhouses around the area, and place a water fountain so that the residents currently living there can enjoy a beautiful, peaceful space. This is their home, and this area needs some love and attention. To make this possible for them, I need your help. Please join me by coming out; you can help me and others that have joined the ministry by planting some flowers, helping to maintain the garden, or simply donating to help a worthy cause and give back to the community. All proceeds will be used for this purpose only. Thank you to everyone that has agreed to sponsor, and thank you, Creekview, for the love and kindness that you give every day of yourself to our loved ones. Thank you all again. May God bless this mission that He has called upon my heart to do so others can enjoy His beauty. This is their home; let's make it more beautiful and nice. Thank you!
