SUPPORT A MUM FIGHTING FOR HER CHILDREN’S SAFETY

Hi, my name is Emma.

I have created this fundraiser for a dear friend of mine.

A loving mum. When the boys were just 1 and 3, she made the most courageous move, to escape and abusive marriage and do it all on her own.

That abuse hasn’t stopped throughout co-parenting.

Despite all of her best efforts, her sons are not safe around their father. They refuse to spend time with him out of fear.

With pages, reports, statements and every other evidence you can gather, she is gearing herself up for a custody battle to protect her sons.

Just late last year, she married the love of her life and they have combined families to create a happy and healthy home.

Working as a teacher supporting children with disability, while also having to pay for the extensive cost of living, she is also now having to fork out large sums of money on lawyer fees.

She is already paying down lawyers debts and should they need to sit in a hearing, she will potentially be up for $60k in fees.

She has done so much on her own, she is so strong and so capable and I am sick of her having to be.

I am calling on all of the women we know to help this mumma fight the unjust battle of navigating the legal system to keep her boys safe.

Please show her, she is not in the alone and that abusive men DO NOT WIN.
