Hello,
My name is Kimberly,
I'm setting up this gofundme to help a friend raise funds so she can drive from Texas to Chicago to pick up her 14-year-old daughter Ashley who had been missing from Texas since August 29, 2024. and for them to get back home. Several weeks ago, I received a call from my cousin stating Vanity's daughter was missing. I got on the phone with Vanity to find out what happened. She stated that the police were called, but she felt like they weren't doing enough to help bring her daughter home. The neighbor's camera showed Ashley leaving the house at about 2:30 am walking up the street and getting into a car that had its headlights on. The car didn't drive forward once Ashley got into the car it backed up. Vanity was frantic, she hadn't been eating or sleeping. I told her I would do everything I could to help. I asked her if she was saved, and she said no. I asked her if she knew what it meant to be saved she said no. I told her what it meant and asked her if she wanted to get saved. She said yes. That night on the phone she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal saviour. I told her I didn't know when or how, but God would see to it that Ashley would be found and would return home. I told her about the prayer group that we have Mon. - Fri. at 10:00 am EST. and invited her to come. The next day she came and she kept coming faithfully every day and every day we would make sure we prayed for Ashley's safe return. Today we prayed again and this evening I got a call saying Ashley had been found in Chicago she was with a 23-year-old man. He has been arrested. Hallelujah!!! She is safe!!! God answered our prayers. The police said they have Ashley, but said her mother has to come get her and they will not release Ashley to anyone but her. Times are hard for a lot of us right now and she needs money for gas, food, and a hotel stay to go pick her daughter up and to get them back home. We don't understand why the police won't take her home, but as long as Ashley is safe that's all that matters. WILL YOU PLEASE HELP ASHLEY GET HOME? Thank you in advance and may God Bless you for your giving heart.
