Hi, my name is Sara (name changed for privacy), and I’m a single mother of two currently going through a long, difficult divorce.

I’ve been fighting hard to protect what matters most — the home I’ve built for my children, and their emotional and financial stability. While I’ve tried to handle everything quietly, the ongoing legal process has become overwhelming, both emotionally and financially.

I’ve been covering attorney fees completely on my own, just to keep my case moving forward. Despite working a full-time job, I’m now at a point where I simply can’t keep up with the legal costs — and I’m still expected to show up in court and fight for what’s fair for me and my children.

My ex-partner owns businesses and properties but is working hard to show no income — while I’m left struggling to prove the truth and cover the cost of justice. I’ve already testified, submitted documents, and fought through numerous hours of court time. There is still more to go.
