A Mother’s Fight for Justice — and for Her Child’s Safety

Family court is supposed to protect children — but what happens when the system fails?

I am a mother fighting against a corrupt and broken system that has taken my toddler child away and placed her with her father, which puts her in harm’s way. I never imagined that telling the truth could cost me my child, but that’s exactly what happened.

After years of enduring harassment, manipulation, and intimidation from my child’s father, during and after the relationship, I thought the court would see the truth — that I was protecting my child. Instead, I am silenced. The father has dirty money and connections. I have my voice, the love for my child, and the strength to not give up. The system I am up against does not follow state law to protect and listen to my concerns or the concerns of my child’s support system.

Now, my child is living in an unsafe environment, and I know something is deeply wrong. But every time I’ve tried to bring this to the court’s attention, I’ve been dismissed or ignored. Medical evidence and witness statements have been overlooked. Reports have “gone missing.” And the truth has been buried under paperwork and politics.

I refuse to give up. My child deserves safety, and I will fight until that happens — but I can’t do it alone. I’ve exhausted my savings.

I need help to hire a dedicated family law attorney and a private detective to uncover the truth the court has ignored. These professionals can help me gather the evidence, witness statements, and documentation that will expose the corruption and show what’s really happening behind closed doors. Every dollar raised will go directly toward legal and investigative costs — to seek justice for my child, and hopefully to make a change for every parent who has been silenced by a system that should protect them.
