My sister Avis and her two children, Arlie and Junah, suffered a very traumatic night at their home on February 9th. If you know my sister, you know she is always serving others and never asks for help. On her own to support her family after being a stay at home mom, it is my hope that those who love and care for Avis can help her navigate building a life for herself and her two kids.

Avis will be looking for a home and is providing for Arlie and Junah on her own. While I admire her for her work ethic, it is hard to see her struggle doing it on her own balancing three jobs and two kids.

I know my sister appreciates each and every person who has reached out to offer words of encouragement and support. She has always been a resilient person, but I know she is not someone who deserves to have to do it alone. My family and I thank you for all those who have helped her, Arlie and Junah. I know it means everything to my sister to have you all be there for her family.
