My husband has been held by immigration for 8 months now. Since May 31st of 2025. He is a loving husband and an amazing son. He is known for being kind and loving. He came to the US searching for a better life. His father abandoned him at an early age making him take the father figure in his household. He has 3 siblings and a single mom he was taking care of financially in Guatemala. Throughout the time him being detained it has been very hard financially and emotionally. My husband has been suffering with heart issues and health conditions which have worsened throughout the time in an immigration detention center. They do not give him the proper care and help he needs while being in there. We are currently working with our attorney to get him out with bond on habeas corpus. These donations will be going towards his bond and helping his family back home financially. Any donations will be appreciated

Mi esposo ha estado detenido por inmigración por 8 meses. Desde el 31 de mayo de 2025. Es un esposo amoroso y un hijo increíble. Es conocido por ser amable y muy trabajador . Vino a los Estados Unidos en busca de una vida mejor. Su padre lo abandonó a una edad temprana, haciéndolo tomar la figura de padre en su hogar. Tiene 3 hermanos y una madre soltera a la que estaba manteniendo económicamente en Guatemala. Durante todo el tiempo que estuvo detenido, ha sido muy difícil económicamente y emocionalmente. Mi esposo ha estado sufriendo de problemas de corazón y condiciones de salud que han empeorado durante el tiempo en un centro de inmigración. No le dan la atención y medicamento propio para que mejore. Actualmente estamos trabajando con nuestro abogado para sacarlo con una fianza de habeas corpus.
