This GoFundMe has been established to raise funds for court fees, attorney retainers, and other expenses related to the adoption of a 12-year-old girl in our community. Tragically, she lost her mother earlier this year, and her father is currently terminally ill. With no other family members available, a caring family has stepped forward to adopt her. Initially, funding for the adoption was promised by other means, but this option no longer available, leaving the adoptive parents responsible for all associated costs. Given the father’s declining health and hospice care, this has become an urgent matter. This child has faced significant grief over the past year, and we aim to alleviate some of the burdens during this challenging transition to a loving and stable home.
