I’m writing this on behalf of myself. I am 83 years old — a father, grandfather and friend to many.

Over the decades, i worked as a stockbroker, a bank manager, and a small business owner.

Since 9/1/24, Matthew, my son, and I have been renting a 3 BR 2 Bath house in Peachtree City, south of Atlanta, in Fayette County.  He has a ten-year-old daughter who spends time with us.

Now Matthew and his lady friend, Heather, who already has an eight-year-old son, are expecting a baby in November. They are moving into a house in Newnan, GA.

I will not be moving with them. I will stay in my home at 305 Deergrass Trail.

Unfortunately, my savings expired in June 2025, and I have only my SSI income of $2150 per month, which is the cost of my rent. I need approximately $2000 a month more.

I am not looking for luxuries or special comforts — only the security of keeping the home that shelters my books, family photos, and memories.
