The Living Studio is "make do & mend" the 21st century way! A brand new social enterprise, not-for-profit opening in Essex Street, Norwich.
We recently were featured in the EDP newspaper, take a look:

Teaching low-income communities how to up-cycle, recycle, and re-use in a relaxed atmosphere gives:
* Self-confidence in learning new transferable skills
* Better education about recycling
* Provide skills needed to improve mental health, homes and neighbourhoods.
How do we do this?
By providing a fully stocked studio where neighbours come together to mend broken furniture and upcycle, learn craft skills by recycling items, learn how to make home decor, and more.
The studio has secured a premises which needs funding support before we can open, it needs £8,000
for:
* Electricity
* Insulation
* A new front door
Every penny you give will go towards this social enterprise / not for profit business, to make sure low-income communities are supported in learning skills to improve their circumstances and environments.
There is an ever growing need to stop plastics and similar from landfill. The Living Studio helps to address this issue with education and upcycled art.
Your support is vital and means so much, we can't do this without you.
Thank you.
