Justice for an Innocent Father: Urgent Legal Help Needed

With our hearts in our hands, we ask for your help to face one of the greatest injustices an immigrant family can experience. Our loved one a father, husband, and hardworking man has been wrongfully imprisoned in a county known for its deep-rooted racism. It has been years of relentless struggle.

He came to this country with dreams of a better future. Today, his family is devastated: his wife is battling depression, and his children deeply miss their father. Everything they built through hard work has been spent on a legal battle that should never have happened.

We are not asking for charity , we are asking for justice.

We are currently in the appeals process for a trial that was full of due process violations, with a judge biased in favor of the prosecution, who sought only to punish an innocent person instead of seeking justice. Despite evidence that should have led to a not guilty verdict, he was found guilty and now has to serve an unjust sentence, leaving a family abandoned and without support.

All funds raised will go directly toward covering overwhelming legal costs and to help the family cover some basic expenses.

Justicia para un Padre Inocente: Ayuda Legal Urgente

Con el corazón en la mano, te pedimos ayuda para enfrentar una de las peores injusticias que puede vivir una familia inmigrante. Nuestro ser querido —padre, esposo y hombre trabajador— ha sido encarcelado injustamente en un condado marcado por el racismo. Han sido años de lucha incansable.

Llegó a este país con sueños de un futuro mejor. Hoy, su familia está devastada: su esposa lucha contra la depresión, y sus hijos extrañan profundamente a su Padre. Todo lo que construyeron con esfuerzo se ha gastado en una batalla legal que no debería existir.

No pedimos caridad, pedimos justicia.

En este momemto estamos en apelacion de un juicio que estuvo lleno de violaciones al debido proceso, un juez inclinado hacia la fiscalia quien solo buscó castigar a un inocente en vez de hacer justicia. Con evidencia para declararlo no culpable, lo declararon culpable y hoy tiene que cunplir una condena injusta y dejar en el desamparo a una familia.

Lo recaudado será para poder costear los altos costos legales y ayudar a la familia a cubrir algunos gastos.
