I am the youngest of seven, and recently our family has experienced a lot of setbacks. Recently, a family member's health has declined, leaving them unable to care for their loved one, who over the last year or two has become disabled. This has forced this family member into making the hard decision of letting her loved one’s siblings care for him. This, in turn, has left our sibling and loved one homeless and presently living in their vehicle with their pets. (We all have pets and other family members that have moved in, and this family member prefers to keep their pets, as would I, and stay with them). A kind person has offered a home on their property, which is a major relief, as at least we know this loved one is safe and not just pulled over sleeping somewhere. The property does require some TLC though; it has no running water or electricity. All of our family have contributed, but we have all exhausted our spare funds, and of course, when it rains, it pours. We are trying our best to pull together until some help occurs. This family member is a veteran, a mother, a sister, and a daughter who has fallen on hard times and just needs a little good luck to get her on her feet. All the help that can be provided has been looked into and applied for, and now it is a waiting game. We are asking if you could afford any amount to contribute, so that she may have funds for food, gas (to get to appointments), water, and basic necessities. Anything is appreciated as she is trying to get back on her feet and start over. Thank you.
