My name is Jeff Biessman and I am raising funds to help my Son and his family recover from the loss of their family vehicle.
On Wednesday, February 19th, a high-speed chase on Hwy 33 between Horicon and Beaver Dam Wisconsin ended with the suspect landing the vehicle he was driving on top of my son's car. If you would like the details of the crash it is all over the news. (Search - Beaver Dam High-Speed Chase and Crash). The terrifying part of this for me is that my son and his young family were there to meet his grandparents. They were going to wait in the parking lot until 4:30 pm. My son had to go to the bathroom so they went inside. Less than ten minutes later the suspect landed his car on top of theirs. I doubt my son and granddaughter would be here if they had not gone inside when they did.
They are a young blue-collar couple with two children (ages 6 and 7) who are struggling to make ends meet. The loss of this car will impact their ability to go to work and to take the children to appointments, school, etc.
As a father and grandfather, I am doing everything I can to ensure this does not dig a hole too deep for them to get out of. They are four of the most important people in the world to me.
