Hi friends, family, and kind souls,

We are reaching out during an exciting and vulnerable chapter in our lives. As a birth doula, I’ve spent years supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Now it’s my turn to be on the other side, preparing to welcome our new baby into the world.

We’ve chosen to work with an incredible midwife to help us have the safe and supportive birth experience we hope for. However, this year has brought some unexpected challenges. In addition to stepping back from work during this time as a self-employed doula, we’ve also had to face an unplanned $14,000 expense for our green card process, which has significantly stretched our resources. We already paid some part of the fees and are seeking some little help to finish that payment.

We’re humbly asking for your help to cover the cost of our midwife. Every contribution—big or small—makes a difference and helps ease the financial stress, allowing us to focus on what matters most: bringing our baby into the world with love and care.
