Support Hooker Family Of WLMS with Tornado Assoc. Repairs

Hello Amazing Community!

My name is Jennifer Donaldson and I am a teacher at Wellington Landings Middle School. I also call the Village of Wellington home and I’ve seen firsthand how this amazing community can rally to help those in need!

The Wellington Landings Middle School “family” was hit hard during Hurricane Milton. We had both students and teachers alike affected by the storm.

Mrs. Deni Hooker is a beloved coworker and friend of mine at WLMS, and she and her family have suffered major damage to their home during the tornado that touched down in Wellington associated with Hurricane Milton.

Mrs. Hooker is a dedicated, kind, and patient presence at our school and our students are so fortunate to have her as part of our school family. Her love and dedication to her students is well-known and appreciated amongst the staff and students alike.

The Hooker family’s home needs new windows, new exterior doors, a new garage door, significant roof repairs, a replacement AC unit, a new fence, and countless repairs inside the home.

With the Hooker family’s consent, I would like collect for their family to help ease their tremendous burden at this time.

We would be very appreciative of any help our community can offer during this difficult time.
