My little sister has purchased a first-time home after renting and struggling to save for the last 12 years!!! The previous owners left a garage full of junk, and the realtor is telling them that it’s their problem!!! They are in California and are already paying a premium for the house. They were quoted $1600 for junk removal, which includes HAZMAT items like paint. They both work, and their son is in school, so they don’t have the time or money to go to the junkyard, which will take several trips. Please help them get into their new house for a fresh start with less stress!!
