I’m helping my sister, her husband, and their 5 kids. Overnight on Tuesday, Dec 16 into the morning of the 17th, a wire caught their house on fire. Fortunately, everyone made it out safe and sound, and they managed to save most or all of the Christmas presents that had been wrapped already under the tree.

But having something like this happen right before the holidays makes it hard to find the positive side of things. So, I’m looking for help in showing them something of a Christmas miracle and hoping that the people in their lives and maybe even some strangers care enough to help try to save their holiday season as much as it can be considering the circumstances.

Red Cross is helping with getting shelter at the moment, but there will undoubtedly be other expenses that quickly add up while also tending to work and the kids. If you can find it in your heart to donate, whether it’s a little or a lot, any amount is significant to them and would make a difference in their lives.
