I’m creating this fundraiser for a family member doing their best to gain custody of a child within our family whom was severely mistreated by her birth parents and placed with this family member in critical condition. Names will not be released to respect their privacy and ensure the help they receive is not used against them in court.

The foster mother, is a single mom

with multiple jobs providing for not only her children, but many children who are not hers. She receives help from her church and the community, but the most recent court declaration for the custody battle has proposed an additional hearing, which comes at a cost. She is a wonderful Christian woman and has played a motherly role in my life since I was the same age of the child at topic. This fundraiser is simply to relieve the financial burden the multiple court cases has cost their family, and hopefully assist in a resolution so the child is allowed to stay in a loving, nurturing home and no longer be subjected to abuse, neglect, and inconsistency due to addiction.

Any amount will help, and she is not aware that I’m posting this. If I had the full $2500 to offer, I would in a heartbeat.
