Gary is a man of God who has lived a lifetime of service to anyone in need that God led to his door step. Even in his own hardships, he has always been a safe haven for those that needed it, a positive influence in the lives of so many and a person of faith who simply shares what God's love and grace has to offer. Gary and wife Ellen established a nonprofit horse farm many years ago for the disabled. They have both worked joyfully and tirelessly with so many folks young and old to bring new found happiness into their lives.
Just weeks ago, Gary was diagnosed with late-stage prostate cancer, the cancer has unfortunately spread into the bone and lymph. He is considered stage 4 terminal cancer. He does however have Dr's expectations of living with good quality for at least 3-5 more grateful, blessed years with family surrounding him.
With that said, he has several home repairs and upgrades that need to be done in order to accommodate the changing medical needs, as well as accumulating medical bills. We, as a family only wish for him to remain comfortable and at home for as long as possible. We are counting on the compassionate and giving hearts of all of our friends, family, and those with understanding of this very tough time to give to support Gary. Whatever amount you can give is forever greatly appreciated!! Thank you all, and God bless each and every one of you.
