Give to the 70 Children of San Rafael Elementary in Altadena

Hello, my name is Loretta Bradshaw, and I am a toy wholesaler based in Fallbrook, California. Fallbrook is a small, close-knit community much like Altadena, where neighbors support one another and families come together in times of need. I’ve spent my career helping small businesses thrive by sourcing products that bring joy to children and families. I’ve also had the privilege of working closely with my local community, and I strongly believe in the power of compassion and collective action during times of need.

When I learned about the devastating impact of the Eaton Canyon Fire on the families of San Rafael Elementary in Pasadena, I knew I had to step in and help. Forty+ families of the San Rafael Elementary community, including 70 children ranging in age from 3 to 16, and one dedicated instructional aide, lost their homes and everything they own. As a resident of Fallbrook, I know firsthand how small communities can come together to uplift those in need, and I hope to extend that same spirit of support to Altadena.

This campaign is my way of bringing together people who care—people like you—to make a difference. My goal is to raise funds to help these families rebuild and provide comfort to the children during this challenging time.

How the Funds Will Be Used

- Immediate Essentials: Clothing, shoes, and basic hygiene supplies for the children and their families.

- Comfort Items: Backpacks, books, toys, and art supplies to help bring joy and normalcy to the children.

- School Support: Materials and supplies to ensure the children can continue their education seamlessly.

- Gift Cards: Grocery and retail store gift cards to allow families to purchase what they need most.

Every contribution, whether big or small, will go directly toward meeting these critical needs. With your help, we can bring hope and relief to the San Rafael Elementary community.
