Jamaica Hurricane Relief Fund – Please Help Rebuild Lives!

Hi, my name is Joy

I am from the Parish of St Elizabeth

and I am fundraising to help families rebuild after the Melissa Hurricane. St Elizabeth and Westmorland, are amongst those worst affected area.

In the wake of the devastating hurricane that struck Jamaica, countless families have lost their homes, belongings, and access to essential resources. Communities are facing widespread destruction, and many people are without electricity, clean water, medical supplies, or safe shelter.

I am hoping to help poorer families rebuild their homes and their lives. There are lots of isolated areas where there are hard to reach; families are up in the hills and not able to get down to get any of the reliefs. I don't want them to be forgotten.

I want to help and will be engaging in a number of fundraising activities like sponsored walk, T-Shirts selling, cake sales ect.

Some areas are just farming so crops are destroyed; and some parts there is no clear defined road for vehicles to drive.

I would very much appreciate your support in helping me to achieve this goal of rebuilding lives.

I will post my first sponsored walk which will be walking from London Bridge to West Norwood.

Thank you for your support
