Hi, my name is Hamayun Khan. I’m raising money to support Afghan women through the Pashto Common Voice project by funding paid, remote work opportunities.

Right now, 107 Afghan women—many highly educated but banned from most jobs—are recording Pashto voice data from home. We pay $2 per hour, and every $2 donated funds one additional hour of paid work. Our goal is to expand this opportunity to 200 women, so more women can earn income safely, stay skilled, and keep hope alive under restrictive conditions.
