Help Celebrate a Milestone for 13 Amazing Students in El Salvador
This year, my sweet niece is graduating from 9th grade in El Salvador — a huge milestone in her life and the lives of her classmates. In her school, it’s a beautiful tradition for each graduating class to have a sponsor who helps make their celebration unforgettable.
When her class asked if I would be their sponsor, I was deeply honored. Sponsoring means hosting a special graduation dinner and providing small but meaningful gifts for each student. There are 13 students in her class — each one has worked hard, overcome challenges, and is excited to take their next steps in life.
In many parts of El Salvador, 9th grade graduation is a rare and special achievement. For some students, it may be the highest level of school they’ll complete before entering the workforce. This celebration is a chance to honor their dedication, their dreams, and their place in their community.
Your support will help provide a delicious meal, thoughtful gifts, and decorations that make their big night feel like a true celebration. I will be there in person — sitting at the head table, calling their names, and honoring each student individually. I can already picture the pride in their eyes, the sound of their laughter, and the joy that will fill the room.
This is more than just a dinner — it’s an opportunity to pay it forward and be part of something that shows these young people that kindness truly reaches across borders. I’ll be sharing photos and videos after graduation so you can see the smiles, hear the applause, and feel the love you helped create.
Thank you for helping make this milestone one they will remember for the rest of their lives. ❤️
