My name is Ebony Kargbo, and I am the founder of 11six Ministry, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring youth, supporting families, and helping children grow in safe, healthy environments.

We have an incredible opportunity to expand our work across Central Virginia through CSA/FAPT contracts, but to get started we need help covering essential startup costs. These are not luxuries — they are the basic building blocks we need to begin serving children and families right away.

What We Need to Start

• Reliable Van & Insurance – to transport staff and serve families safely

• ️ Liability & Compliance Costs – insurance, background checks, worker’s comp

• ‍⚕️ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – required oversight for certain county contracts

• Operations & Outreach – brochures, business cards, office supplies, and fuel

Our estimated startup cost is about $23,000 for the first year (about $1,900/month). Every dollar given helps us move closer to opening doors for youth and families who need support, guidance, and hope.
