For those who don’t know me I am Shannon, I am a 3rd year primary education student. Once I finish my 3rd and final year I will be flying to Kenya to volunteer in a childcare program for 4 weeks to help the children who are less unfortunate.

Whilst at school in year 5 we learnt about Kenya and we actually was able to have a penpal which we wrote to. This is what started my dream in wanting to make a difference to children who are less unfortunate but deserve just as much as me and you do.

During this I will be looking after children 5 days a week, planning and delivering activities to them. Which will help with their development.

The reason for me raising money is so I can provide supplies to these children they may not be fortunate to have, so they can have a better school life and have that joy of receiving something new. I will be taking over arts and crafts, stationary, picture books and many other things. Your donations will help me provide these on a bigger scale because I will be able to provide more.
