Superniños has grown to 18 staff on a $100k annual budget in 2023, largely thanks to a partnership with GLOW to run nine empowerment clubs for 200 girls across Oviedo over the weekends. We now have programming in Oviedo seven days per week with a varied portfolio of literacy and leadership programs in addition to Niños and Jovenes Profes. We also have incoming partnership requests from local media to continue our TV Show Mita'i in 2023.
It's been amazing to see our tenured facilitators develop professionally into leadership roles, many having been in the organization for 4+ years now- Arthuro, Junyor, Steff, and Victor are all Coordinators of various parts of the organization, with Dalma as the Programming Director. We also have an Executive Director Brett, who is a former Peace Corps volunteer living in Asuncion, supervising admin and Paraguayan fundraising.
We are a little over 2/3 of the way to our $30,000 EOY Goals - please help us reach the target so that we can accommodate all the children and schools registered for 2023!
