Hi, we are Sunward Step Manchester.

We are a support group for people over 40 suffering from loneliness and isolation.

We are fundraising for our FREE Community Christmas Party on Sunday 13th December at the

West Indian Sports & Social Club at Westwood Street, Moss Side, M14 4SW

5pm - 10pm

We offer weekly supportive mental health walks for people ages 40+ at

Alexandra Park (Wednesdays 1pm) and at

Chorlton Water Park (Thursdays 1pm)

We also host other engaging social events to help adults enhance their wellbeing, deal with loneliness and build new and healthy connections.
