My name is Adam Azulay and I am an 8th grade student at Pardes Day School. For the last few years I have presented a personal interest project at the end of the year. In eighth grade each student prepares a ‘Capstone Project’ which is a personal interest project with a community aspect taken to the next level.

For my capstone I decided to do a project about skin-related diseases/cancers that evolved into a sunscreen protection project. In conjunction with my project, I decided to raise funds to install up to 4 dispensers at my school to help protect against skin issues caused by the sun and hopefully raise enough to install additional dispensers at other schools/facilities in the area.

There is a company that has already developed the supplies and I already reached out to discuss what would be needed. A dispenser and the sunscreen for a school year is approx. $384.00.
