The MOU negotiation success relies on the skill and dedication of our legal team led by Bruce Stanton. 100% of the funds collected support Bruce Stanton. Mr. Stanton has more than 25 years of experience in Mobile Home Law. He has drafted RSOs and MOUs (Rent Stabilization Ordinances and Memorandums of Understanding) in many California jurisdictions including Marina, Humboldt County, and Modesto.
