Sunny Pawlik lost home and everything in fire

This GoFund Me is to help Sunny Pawlik, Kai Mccoy, and his son recover from losing everything they owned in a house fire that started in the early morning hours of June 27th 2021. The home was completely burned to the ground including the car in the garage. This family made it out of the home with only the clothes on their backs.

Sunny Pawlik is 75 years old and has been a pillar in the AA community since 1978. She started the first women’s halfway house in the state of Texas. She was Dr. Gene Seals’ right hand woman in making Starlight Rehab to number 1 in the 1980’s and helped La Hacienda bring it’s adolescent program to number 1 in the 1990’s.
