Jeremiah has completed one year at Merrimac Heights Academy  and has made outstanding progress. He has become more independent, takes more initiative, has built friendships with true peers, and passed the MCAS in Biology and English!! Jeremiah's previous educational system couldn't provide what he needed for academic and social success, and they had declared these milestones impossible for him. Nevertheless, Jeremiah has thrived with help from the staff and teachers at MHA.

Once more Jeremiah's mother, a single mom and two-time cancer survivor, has expressed a need for financial assistance for MHA's summer program. She needs to raise these funds by September. Jeremiah's neuropsychologist and teachers agree that the summer program is critical to reinforce his skills, avoid regression, and develop new capacities to learn so he can reach his potential.
