Hi, My name is Colin Tinsley and I serve the Lord with 'Hope for Youth Ministries.' At a recent health checkup, my cholesterol levels were diagnosed as being too high and the doctor advised me to loose weight. I love food so this will be a big challenge!

However, I like a challenge and I am determined to loose 20kg during the next 4 months before my next checkup. Our ministry is as busy as ever with schools, camps and Bible Clubs as well as 3 summer camps to Poland.
