Hola! I am serving with “Beauty For Ashes” missions program in May and July to minister to women in Guatemala and Colombia. My team and I will provide guidance for women to interact with the truth of Scripture and invite the Holy Spirit to speak into their lives as they walk out of shame and into freedom/healing through biblical stories, curriculum, testimonies, seeking the Lord’s voice and sharing their stories with their community in a group program setting. I will also be attending facilitator training in Maryland in June which will provide me with curriculum/education and resources to be able to equip me to facilitate impact at home here in Phoenix wherever God has planned to bring hope, healing, and redemption through topics such as worth, identity, healing, and forgiveness. I love teaching my passion of the Spanish language at Valley Christian High School and love that the profession allows me the opportunity to have summers free. I can’t wait for this one to be filled with Spanish language-based missions/training, women, learning, teaching and experiencing God’s healing hand for me and the people I serve alongside and meet with these Beauty for Ashes trips!
