For the past few years, every November, I’ve poured my heart into Suitcases for Fosters. Here’s how it works: people bring in donations—suitcases, toys, essentials—and I give back with free tattoos. I trade my time, my skill, my energy, because it’s worth it. Every single time. Then I turn right back around and stretch every dollar, every donation, every bit of support to pack those suitcases fuller. Not just with stuff, but with things that actually make a kid feel like a person. Clothes. Comfort items. Things that say, you’re not just getting moved around—you matter.
The truth is ugly: a lot of these kids get handed a trash bag and told to go. That sticks with me in a way I can’t ignore. So this is me doing something about it. This year, I want to do even more. With your help, I’ll use every dollar to buy hygiene items, comfort items, and clothing for foster kids. If we raise enough, we can host bigger events to draw in more awareness and support. Every bit helps, and every donation goes directly to making sure no child is forgotten.
Please join me in making a difference. Your support means everything. Together, we can show these kids that they matter, and that someone cares.
