Suaimhneas Cancer Support Centre, Nenagh
Donation protected
Hi all.
This time last year due to your generosity, we raised over €1400 for the Irish Cancer Society on Instagram. Thanks so much to those who donated.
I didn’t explain my reasons for choosing that charity at the time, but this year I’d like to raise money specifically for the North Tipperary Hospice support centre in Nenagh, called Suaimhneas. I have started a Go Fund Me page for this charity as Meta no longer run fundraisers for Irish charities. My plan for this time next year is to raise funds for Milford Hospice in Limerick.
Unfortunately, I have found the need to use the services provided by Suaimhneas myself during the past year.
In November 2022 just days after giving birth to my second baby, I was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic (incurable) breast cancer.
Suaimhneas has provided me with regular counselling, trusted advice and complimentary therapies throughout the year.
Any donation you are able to provide to them would enable Suaimhneas to keep their invaluable services available to those of us with cancer and our families in the Nenagh region.
Thank you x
