Study to get Beards approved for Airlne pilots

Currently major airlines allow all employees to have facial hair except pilots. Airline management is concerned over the amount of oxygen that might be leaking out of a oxygen mask of a pilot during an emergency. Embry Riddle Univeristies Human Factors division has agreed to conduct a study in an altitude chamber to determine how much oxygen would leak out of a bearded pilots mask. The candidates will have different length beards and also some will be cleanly shaven. The airlines were asked to contribute to this study but chose not to. So we are asking all the pilots to contribute. Embry Riddle said it will be around $2500 to conduct the study. We set the go fund me to $2700 to cover fees of the website .

By forcing ONLY the pilots to keep shaving airlines are conducting medical discrimination (denying waivers for skin legitimate skin conditions) , religious discrimination, unequal treatment between employees, and cultural discrimination.
