Struggling families at Christmas time.

This is the fourth year running a group of local men and woman have come together to work along side a number of local community centres to help collect New toys and raise funds to provide gift vouchers for teenagers, gas, electricity and food vouchers to struggling families at Christmas. There is around 350,000 children in Liverpool and due to the current cost of living crisis it’s estimated approximately 10% that’s 35,000 children will wake up with nothing on Christmas morning . We simply can’t let this happen.

This year we have the support of the team at Indemand Radio which couldn’t have came at a better time. Many families this year are not only under immense pressure to provide presents and gifts for their children but are struggling to cover basic necessities like food, gas and electricity.

All donations go directly to a number of community centres who through working with the local community all year around are able to distribute the gifts/vouchers etc ensuring they go to the families and children who need it most.

As always we greatly appreciate every bit of support we receive and let’s come together again this year to help save Christmas for as many families as we possibly can.
