After meeting this amazing bunch of women on Ireland AM, I’ve decided I’m going to join them and thousands of others in their World Record attempt on Saturday June 6th for the 2026 Strip and Dip in aid of Aoibhinns pink tie.

Despite their own cancer journeys, they’re brave enough to bear all - with some strategically placed 80’s accessories - for the children’s charity Aoibheanns pink tie. This amazing charity helps families of children who have been affected by cancer, and offers help and support at a time of tragedy for many. Having experienced the pain and loss of childhood cancer, I know only too well how important the work they do is.

So….. I’ll be be there, with nothing on but leg warmers, neon gloves and a smile, to help break the Guinness world record for the most people dressed in 80’s gear in the water!! Hopefully you’ll see us all from outer space!!
