Stress Relief for Mama Donna

Do you know That Midlife Mama Donna? She is an absolutely incredible woman, a military veteran, a hardworking single mama to a medically complex child and caretaker to her mother.

She works a physically demanding job with an awful commute, consistently putting the needs of others above her own.

She’ll turn 49 this Tuesday.

The weight of the world just brought her to the ER with chest pain & breathing complications. The stress of needing to work and care for her people weighing on tires body and mind.

If anyone deserves a break, it’s her. So I’m hoping this amazing community can come together and give her that.
